Pros

If you enjoy being vastly underappreciated and underpaid, you will really like it here.

Cons

Leadership team is very ineffective and only care about themselves/take actions that benefit themselves. Worst finance leadership team; will leave employees struggling and working long hours during month end while they go on long vacations. If you bring up something that's bothering you that is not in the management's favour, expect to be ignored or even fired. There are absolutely zero opportunities to further your career, you can expect to be stuck where you started forever. No one likes working there. It's a terrible work culture where bosses yell and scream at their employees, even making them cry at times. The employee turnover rate is very high because people come in promised many things and end up with much less. The pay is horrible and the bonuses are somehow even worst.

Pros

Not many pros unless you like being made to feel you can be bought. There are some good people but slowly they either leave or are fired.

Cons

Very toxic environment. Local upper managememt is worst I have ever seen. They do not treat employees with any respect. Hard to develop and grow at this company. Very deceiving, they make you think it will be a great place to work. Do not take a chance, just run.

Pros

Flexible schedule Relatively less stressful role at company Independent work

Cons

Low pay Wear and Tear on car Micromanagers who take everything WAY too seriously Managers get a car allowance even though they don’t drive anywhere. That money should be going to the sales reps. Travel to non desirable locations quarterly Team parties when that budget should go on your check Covering entire state and then other regions out of state all by YOURSELF and getting reprimanded when you can’t physically hit the KPI #s. Busy work Approximately 700 miles placed on car per week Got switched from salaried to hourly
