Pros
Softchoice continually seeks feedback from their employees to restructure career paths. In one sales division they've made changes to compensation, added leadership positions, created new positions for more exposure and continue to promote from within. This is a place where you can really start at an entry level sales job and be promoted several times which leads to positive exposure with company leadership, better benefits like working from home and increased earnings potential.
Cons
I would like to see the business hire more people with experience in technology sales if that's the position that they're hired for.
