Pros
Softchoice has a lot of positive characteristics like Great office environment, good location (Toronto), lots of great people, company performance is solid, strong reputation in industry, many opportunities for growth and advancement. Offices accross North America mean you get to meet a lot of interesting people from more than just your home town - great company events. Softchoice makes a real effort to train people in more than just "on the job" tactics.
Cons
Only a few people with a lot of tenure - not sure why people think you can't grow your career here. There are many examples of people who have done just that. Great company has it's downside - it feels like we are a target for poaching. Environment with lots of change - although it keeps us fresh, it can be challenging at times.
