Pros
Good work life balance Decent number of projects with around 400 employees Play area with 8-ball pool, carroms, food ball, table tennis, gym area and cafeteria with decent cost. Cab facility is available for the employees whose shift ends after 9 PM IST and before 7:30 AM IST
Cons
Growth opportunities are less in terms of learning technically. Only one big project with Softtek India so far and remaining projects are going with smaller teams. Full politics and you need to be better at buttering the management to get awards and rewards.
