Excellent Management - Anonymous employee Software Merchant Employee Review

I have been a part of this company since 3 years now. I’ve had the most amazing experience and feel really comfortable with the way Software Merchant works. They especially take immense care of their employees’ needs at all times and is the kind of company that believes in human relations. They keep in constant touch with their consultants and are only a call away if I ever have any issues. Also, I have to commend how they believe in open and fair dialogue at all times. I have not only landed my dream job with them but also was rest assured that my visas and paperwork is taken care of without having to worry. I’m thankful to the team, specially the CEO for guiding me through the entire H1 process. I’ve got my H1 now and currently working at Barclays in Delaware.
