      Came from India , got full help from team through the entire process of recruitment- paperwork was very meticulous- put up in company guest house when arrived here- helped with drivers’ license, ID card, all initial paperwork on arrival in USA and placed with NY dept of education. Helped with hotel stays, travel expenses, moving to client location and hand holding for acclimatization into the new job environment.

      Pros

      I have been a part of this company since 3 years now. I’ve had the most amazing experience and feel really comfortable with the way Software Merchant works. They especially take immense care of their employees’ needs at all times and is the kind of company that believes in human relations. They keep in constant touch with their consultants and are only a call away if I ever have any issues. Also, I have to commend how they believe in open and fair dialogue at all times. I have not only landed my dream job with them but also was rest assured that my visas and paperwork is taken care of without having to worry. I’m thankful to the team, specially the CEO for guiding me through the entire H1 process. I’ve got my H1 now and currently working at Barclays in Delaware. I wish all the luck to the team of Software Merchant Inc.
