Pros
1.) Work from home option is given to all employees 2.) Every employee is personally cared for... but provided you add enough value to the organization 3.) You are given the complete responsibility to complete your job 4.) Lot of exposure on the client side 5.) Salary hikes are good and competitive in industry 6.) Work culture is really awesome!
Cons
1.) Most of the times, there is a lot of work and your work-life balance goes for a toss 2.) Lot of politics... especially when you meddle with the top management. You see a very different face of people at the top management, when you are involved 3.) They are too much dependent on a single large customer. But they have been trying to spread their customer base.
