- Overall good environment with little office politics. - Can initiate projects you want to work on. - Good structure and framework to learn and grow. - Company discounts on Sony products.
Cons
- Too enamored of past successes. The older and long-time employees are always talking about Sony's good old days. - Company culture is too risk averse. They do the same old things over and over again. - Too many ineffective middle managers. - Compensation was lower than average. (disclaimer: I have heard remuneration has improved)
