      Pros

      Great people, very good health benefits, 401K, matching etc. Excellent product when it finally gets to market

      Cons

      Japanese management blind to reality and market changes. Many layoffs due to bad management and product decisions. Only care about bottom line and not the people who contribute value. Continual layoffs as company fortunes and profit dwindle.

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
