Pros
One of the best things it offers is the multinational environment which gives you a chance to work with people from different countries.
Cons
There is a serious lack of talent management and retention. People end up leaving because their line managers fail to motivate and also recognition in the form of promotions can be very frustrating and often need to be pushy to get them.
