Pros
Great company values. Never had a layoff in company history. They may slow down in the winter and rotate you a day off every 2 weeks but your job is safe till freght picks back up in the summer.
Cons
Drivers work long hours 12+ almost everyday in the busy season. Dock workers have no 1st shift option. It's either 2nd or 3rd.
