Does not pay enough - Nuclear Security Officer Southern Company Employee Review

-The Union that covers security is the absolute worst and needs to be removed -Pay is not equal to the amount of skills and time required to do job -Rotating day/night shift schedule is horrible( because of the union) -The pay raise system is horrendous (again because of the union)
