Pros
A lot of the engineers are qualified and helpful, and some of the projects we are working on are very interesting. Good experience if you want to get into ASE.
Cons
As mentioned in the other reviews, the HR and admin are very bad. Some of the junior members are doing their best, but overall it is a very negative experience, with a lot of bad organisation and impolite emails if you try to get something done. And some of the projects are not managed very well, with bad management of your working time and budget. The employee turnover is very high.
