If you work in the Administration Department get yourself ready for a "The devil wears Prada" experience. No one is good enough and there is a constant flow of staff. For the size of the team is strange to find 2 open positions at any given time. You will be met with smiles and rainbows when you join, slowly slowly you will be informed that you have to do overtime and not mark it in your timesheet, anything you do will be approved today and shortly after you will have to change it upside down just to make sure it is changed but no good reason for it. The Manager will come and rearrange your folders during the night according to her preferences without even asking you if this is ok for you to work. Every morning you will find your desk covered with sticky notes with instructions like you are 14 and your mom tells you to tidy up. There are no working hours for emails with 20 bullet points flying your way day and night, weekends and holidays. You will be humilated on regular bases and accused of all sins, even if you invest extra time and efforts. Save youself the pain and skip this job advert!
