1. Relatively a flat organization, all people are nice and easy going. Especially the management people and HR team, and they really care about employees. 2. Company is working on cutting-edge technologies with humongous potentials. 3. Lean engineer teams from software to hardware that collaborate super efficiently. 4. A lot of opportunities to improve yourself and show your personal value.
Cons
Very common as a relatively young and start-up company, that no deliciated system like ERP has been built up yet, but the team is keep working on it to make it happen. However, for people that are self motivated and really want to achieve something big, these are great opportunities not cons.
