1yWe’re sorry to hear your disappointment and appreciate you taking the time to share. It has undoubtedly been a tough year for the real estate development industry as a whole. We’ve been forced with many tough decisions and tried our best to strike the right balance with these realities and continuing to reward and invest in our teams. We weren’t in a position to do holiday parties year, but still wanted to celebrate the holidays in some way. We’re sorry you didn’t find these efforts meaningful. Please know that our onsite teams are never eligible for holiday bonuses as they are paid monthly/quarterly bonuses (which have been paid all year). Regardless, we’re hopeful and optimistic that we’ll be able to get back to our normal holiday celebrations this coming year. We will continue to look for ways to support career development opportunities through our leadership training series, stretch assignments, mentor program and individual development plans to ensure our teams are growing professionally. Lastly, we appreciate your feedback regarding leadership and strategy and will be sure it is taken into consideration.
