No corporate governance. The CEO makes ALL decisions and does not allow others in leadership to lead. The CEO undermines every relationship in the company. No Human Resource Department. The CEO and entitled family are adamant about never having an HR department. Inappropriate comments and behavior are the norm. No Marketing Department. Literature and website are rife with misspelled words, run-on sentences and basic grammar errors. No Mission Statement. The direction of the company depends solely on the CEO’s mood and the direction the wind is blowing. No Goals. Unrealistic deadlines are commonplace, but no defined corporate goals to accomplish. No ethics. It is concerning to have untested products released to market. Serious product complaints are dismissed as to slow the approval process.
