      Pros

      Some of the staff are genuinely wonderful experienced and talented people desperately trying to steer the company towards commercial success.

      Cons

      Talented people won’t stick around for long due to a toxic management team that are incompetent, lazy and self promoting. Micromanagement is rife. They hire people who are experts in their field and then ignore their opinions and concerns. Obvious safety issues when raised are quickly swept under the carpet and “hidden from view” so as to allow progress to continue. Hire and fire culture if you don’t align to their unethical practices.

      Decent benefits for small company

      Cons

      No corporate governance. The CEO makes ALL decisions and does not allow others in leadership to lead. The CEO undermines every relationship in the company. No Human Resource Department. The CEO and entitled family are adamant about never having an HR department. Inappropriate comments and behavior are the norm. No Marketing Department. Literature and website are rife with misspelled words, run-on sentences and basic grammar errors. No Mission Statement. The direction of the company depends solely on the CEO’s mood and the direction the wind is blowing. No Goals. Unrealistic deadlines are commonplace, but no defined corporate goals to accomplish. No ethics. It is concerning to have untested products released to market. Serious product complaints are dismissed as to slow the approval process.

      Health insurance and benefits are great.

      Cons

      The company needs to hire a professional firm to come and restructure the workplace. There are several individuals who are highly inappropriate and make disrespectful comments towards staff member. The organization is ran by micromanaging and no integrity from upper management.
