      Working at Spirit allowed me to support my family with good insurance and savings options as well as allow me to advance my career through promotions and tuition reimbursement programs.

      Cons

      Working your way through the years as a mechanic can be challenging. If you have bad hearing or you have normal wear and tear on your body you'll want to take precautions to prevent further damage by wearing P.P.E. (personal protective equipment)

      Pros

      A very relaxed environment with low stress, until a big project comes up. Benefits are a very nice plus in this position since most jobs are associated with a union.

      Cons

      No movement when bad behavior is reported and hard to determine who is responsible for what systems at times.
