      Spirit has some really smart folks and also invests in developing their engineers.

      Cons

      Poor quality, favoritism, layoffs, little regard to employee long term career aspirations, dying programs, upper management refuses to adapt to the times to increase retention, etc.

      Pros

      A very relaxed environment with low stress, until a big project comes up. Benefits are a very nice plus in this position since most jobs are associated with a union.

      Cons

      No movement when bad behavior is reported and hard to determine who is responsible for what systems at times.
