Pros
Generous holiday allowance and flexibility. Good place to work if properly trained and good career opportunities
Cons
I have worked here for more than 5 years. In my time here I have seen the place go from quality focused to delivery focused and the quality is suffering. Constant hiring of new Grade A operators, and they are expected to produce full time results in the minimum amount of time. Constant turn over of staff means that new starts are being trained by people in the job less than 1 year - training is a failure and the quality escapes account for this. New starts are pressured into full time work sooner than expected. Coverups in fear of discipline are frequent - this should not happen in the aircraft industry. Safety should be the number 1 priority
