      4.5 day work week. Work from home Monday and Friday. Flexible working hours within limits. Small automatic salary increases for 4 years.

      Cons

      Interview and selection process very long. Salary not very competitive on a UK / IRELAND / EU level. Not much room for career progression after ≈5/6 years of employment.

      Pros

      A very relaxed environment with low stress, until a big project comes up. Benefits are a very nice plus in this position since most jobs are associated with a union.

      Cons

      No movement when bad behavior is reported and hard to determine who is responsible for what systems at times.
