Pros

If you're lucky, you might get to work on some great projects.

Cons

There are no true priorities because EVERYTHING is a priority. Ray Williams (the CEO) is weird. He doesn't really talk to the 'staff' and has a huge bible on display outside his office. He doesn't have a strategy or annual goals/objectives. If he does, the leadership team doesn't communicate them out. Too many in the C-suite don't have time to develop their teams because they're too busy having sex with one another, the physicians or the doctors wives. If you're not a favorite then you'll go nowhere. The Sr VP of Ops is a self-admitted 'passive-aggressive'. Some of her direct reports are the same and she does nothing to hold them or herself accountable. Everyone in the C-suite is so concerned about power that they're constantly talking about each other behind their backs. The CFO rarely works and is a chauvinist. He didn't do annual reviews on any of his direct reports because he 'didn't want to'. How is that valuing your team? No dignity and respect there. Maybe you need to redo your leadership 'why'. The CIO leads by avoidance and kept a toxic team member in place way too long and it destroyed any credibility he had. The Chief Dev Officer is so arrogant he won't meet with anyone below a VP. The most toxic organization around.

Pros

- Management in IT are considerate and do care about the employees below them. - Teams have fantastic communication and ability to handle workload

Cons

- C-suite are out of touch with employees that operate the day to day. - Project Management oversells capabilities of departments they don't interface with. Unrealistic goals are pushed and leave many projects unfinished and underutilized. - Late to implement an equipment model to sustain enterprise. Will be continually suffering the consequences years down the road. - 2024 majority of C-Suite left. 2025 mass layoffs/budget cuts. Huge red flag
