Pros
You can get AVP role at 10yrs and VP role at 15 if you negotiate well as SCB needs smart people. Once joined forget about promotion as you literally need to be managers pet for getting it. Existing employee base is technically very backward so good opportunities for techies to get good offers.
Cons
Till how long would you survive politics here on a day to day basis. Hike is very bad now-a-days.. May God help you if you are coming with low intake. Only escalation works Everyone thinks they have to make strategy and execution has to be done by someone else as everyone is a manager here.
