      Learned a lot from training given. The colleagues are more than ready to offer guidance and assistance when required. Given a better interest rate for loans from the bank.

      Cons

      Stressful from dealing with clients who are at the brink of defaulting in their loans. Expected to stay back after hours to make calls to clients.
