      -Offers great opportunities both locally and internationally, invests in employee training/learning -Decent paymaster -Allows individuals to grasp a larger sense of banking -Open approach towards senior management

      -Not focused on retaining individuals who value the bank -Reactive approach in certain cases of business -Senior management needs to see/observe and get feedback from lower grade employees for the groundwork in play after implementing strategic decisions
