      Has growth opportunities, keeps changing, all the time so lots to do and opportunity to perform different roles. Spread across 74 markets which gives opportunity to perform in different markets and cultures.

      Cons

      Not a people centric organization , too stressful , people are not a priority it seems , has a lot of politics as well. Salaries are not great.
