Pros
Good team, many excellent people and surprisingly modern tech stack for non-retail part of a large Bank.
Cons
No career progression, no annual review, no pay rises, no chance of moving into another role. Rubbish offices, depressing banks of empty desks. All those cheery emails from HR and management promising to look after employees not backed up by actions.
