Pros

I worked at Star Executives before I moved, and I gotta tell you, they're all some solid folks. Very supportive and flexible - I was in sales and marketing and I got to train new hires and make sure they have our systems down. It was a lot of fun and I'm glad I got to lead new reps. I also got to go on a business trip to Tennesee.

Cons

They're hands-on, try and catch up fast, don't expect to be spoon-fed. Parking is a bit of a hassle.

Pros

I started working here a couple of months ago and I can't believe what a great opportunity this is. There's a lot of opportunity for growth in this company - you just have to be willing to put in the work for it. I just saw someone get promoted to campaign manager and it's definitely motivated me to push myself to make sure I'm next.

Cons

There's a lot of competition, but it's all friendly. Everyone's pushing each other do better.

Pros

I worked here at Star Executives for a month and what I realised is that you need to have a mindset for business and giving the management training program here everything you've got to climb up the ladder as fast as you can. There's criteria you gotta hit, attitude you gotta maintain, and a student mentality that is gonna help you grow both personally and professionally. This company is an amazing launchpad for people who wanna be entrepreneurs, who love talking to people and who enjoy friendly competition.

Cons

Unfortunately, this was not something I was looking for. I was looking for more of a part-time position in an office.
