Pros

I worked at Star Executives before I moved, and I gotta tell you, they're all some solid folks. Very supportive and flexible - I was in sales and marketing and I got to train new hires and make sure they have our systems down. It was a lot of fun and I'm glad I got to lead new reps. I also got to go on a business trip to Tennesee.

Cons

They're hands-on, try and catch up fast, don't expect to be spoon-fed. Parking is a bit of a hassle.

Pros

You're constantly learning new things about sales, marketing and customer service. They encourage you to be an extrovert, thus improving your skills at communication and public speaking. Everyone works as a team, and they train you well to make sure you're not doing things without information. The energy in this place is amazing!

Cons

It is sort of long hours and involves going out to the field, but in the end it is all worth it.

Very nice people, they try to make you feel good about joining

Cons

They lure you in with "you will be training to be a manager", "you're a great fit" but that's what they tell everyone just to get you to go and present products to get sales. Kinda like girl-scouts going out and selling cookies.
