Pros

- Lots of room for growth if you're actively looking for it and willing to take on responsibilities. Large number of long term staff who've worked their way up show this. -Engaged directors who are keen to talk to staff and understand them. Doors always open for those looking to talk. -Good work life balance and benefits. Plenty of budget for socials, yearly meet ups for all offices. Flexibility around personal needs. -Growing business with solid foundations make it feel a 'safe' space to work with good job security.

Cons

-Heavy work load. Company is constantly growing and increasing market share. Can often feel like work loads increase as a victim of success with additional staffing reactive. -Can be slow for innovation and change. Its improving but there are clear bottle necks in key central functions that can be frustrating.

Pros

If you like BBQ's and wacky games on MS teams you'll fit right in. There's some good people here.

Cons

The pay is not great and while there's lots of talk of wanting to innovate and do things better there's actually very little appetite for it, so those with ambition leave and those who just want the easy life stay. There's a share incentive plan but it's a bit of a con, in the time I was there they never revalued it and since I hadn't held them for 3 years when I left I essentially had to just give them back. Office was dreary with awful parking (though there was talk of a revamp). Very little opportunity for promotion as the senior positions are mostly staffed with the "lifers" who hang on for the shares and the easy life. This is why they're quite resistant to change despite wanting to be seen to be canvassing for it constantly.
