Pros
Pay is livable and benefits are okay.
Cons
Training was terrible and did not prepare you to be on the floor. Consisted of mostly modules. Managers are unprofessional never are available to assist you with claims. They rarely show up to work. You are highly micromanaged and all your performance reviews are public knowledge. The amount of work you do is put on display and actively compared to your co-workers. Very toxic environment. They use vernit system to set your work schedule for the day. It constantly changes and you are graded on how well you follow a ever changing work schedule. Mined updated 11 times today alone. You are working in a team claim environment, there is no claim ownership which causes complete chaos for everyone involved. Very frustrating for the customers and claims adjusters because no one ever knows what's going on in claim since a new person looks at every time a customer calls. You have to BID to use your PTO six months in advance. First come first serve. So even though you have PTO you can rarely can use it. Not worth the stress look elsewhere!
