      Pros

      From the interview to onboarding experience, everything went smooth. I work with a fantastic group of driven people, and the leaders really take your wellbeing and perspective seriously.

      Pros

      The understanding of the higher ups, and the compassion they show. AND the fact that you could reach out to the Former CEO directly and have a normal conversation with them.

      Cons

      Some management cant seem to get a handle on some rowdy, rude, and disruptive employees, and it makes it seem like favoritism.
