Pros
GREAT work/life balance. Understanding Managers/Directors that want YOU to succeed in your work life as well as in your personal life. Great co-workers who care about your well-being.
Cons
Pay is VERY low compared to competitor firms.(60%+ lower in some instances) WFH options are VERY limited in one of the most dangerous cities in America where 90% of the employees are commuting 20minutes+ from outside the city. Upper Management is clueless and out of touch with the talent and experience of the current Associates employed at St. Louis Home Office. Parking cost is high at St. Louis Home Office, safety/security in the garage as well as the perimeter of the building is questionable, and lack of restaurant/meal/snack options is very limited. (Yet, they want you in office full-time). Lack of appreciation, value, and willingness to work together among different departments. Bad employee behavior is continually allowed for years with no reprimanding by HR.
