Cons
Rigged robotic metrics focused on production and profit rather than quality and customer satisfaction. CLEAR favoritism and not exactly colorism but they DEFINITELY want you to fit into a mold and will eventually single you out if you don't. They are shady and secretive and will dangle you on a hook until the last minute they need you. They refused to acknowledge my efforts in improvement against their relentless metrics and ambushed me at the last minute with HR in a meeting for termination. My lead was on my side until she wasn't. She did nothing to advocate for my efforts and when the time came and HR was present she declared a statement that spoke entirely against who I had be as a stylist. (Here's looking at you KBlack!)
