Pros
Discount and WFH. There used to be more but as of two days ago, all the pros were taken away from employees.
Cons
No longer flexible at all, very micromanaged at this point. This used to be a company that empowered its employees and encouraged working from home mothers. As of the recent scheduling demands, they are purposely forcing all working mothers to quit. It's disappointing that Katrina built up this "women empowering" company just to take away all flexibility that gave mothers a chance to be in the workforce. Very disappointed with the new CEO and changes with no direct reasoning. ZERO transparency and ZERO respect for the stylists. They're transforming this company from a personal stylist position to a robot stylist position. We are all disposable and that was made very apparent this week. Very limited room for growth.
