Managers are very picky and 'reach out' to you whenever you make the smallest of mistakes (e.g clocking in 10 minutes more or less, or not following procedures which make no difference)
You are taught to make people pay more for clothes (by choosing higher priced items) even if it's not more fitting for their style just to meet business needs, which takes a lot of personalisation out of the experience
Metrics, performance and profits are the only things the company cares about, with a fake positive cover to make everything seem friendly and fun but just comes across as passive aggressive
Very basic and overpriced clothing, which can be found cheaper elsewhere
