Pros
His best selling name brand products work well when prescribed correctly and used according to labeled rates.
Cons
The number one rule was keep your head down and do what you're told - don't question Stoller or his shady consultant friends or else nor try to learn how the product is performing; little did we know this is because they didn't want anybody to know the challenges or failures that the product as a system was experiencing...
Stoller and consultants were overly optimistic about the state of the system, but had no sense of the reality of their products. There were way too many that overlapped and made no sense. The company has absolutely no structure. Stoller touts the greatness of his "Christian" charities and how the world is out to get him yet his company was just sued for 45 million for less than ethical business dealings which is par for the course. Little did we know we were just drinking the cool-aid. This is what you get when you hire your consultant yes-men and product management is run like a fraternity.
Despite doing some of our best work as sales reps and believing in the product, many of us are doomed to be associated with this con-job for the rest of our careers...
