Pros

INTERVIEW PROCESS: Interview Process is relatively longer when compared to other companies since they are searching for the candidates ability to learn. On my interview day about 40 candidates walked in an I was recieved nicely but had to wait an unpleasant couple of hours. But each and every candidate was given a full-fledged through interview. I ended up walking in for a km on my interview but was dropped back on the main road on a car shuttle IN TRAINING PROCESS: Training was very different but focuses on teaching/improving the basic qualities any Engineer must have. At first, I wondered what their process was and expectations from me were. But after one month I did understand that the main moto of the training process was to teach the following 1. Structured Learning, 2. Ability to self-learn 3. attention to the details etc. In my Training I also learn People skills apart from Technical Skills COMPANY OVERVIEW: The company is relatively small Friendly environment, flexible timings, well behaved colleagues. Benefits like homemade food is a plus

Pros

Stone Profits is a close-knit team that gives each member the opportunity to create their own path with the company. You are easily able to emphasize your current strengths in your job role while improving on areas which may be lacking. You will undoubtedly learn new skills relative to business, technology and communication. This basically comes as a requirement before you can effectively deal with customers. Stone Profits is growing exponentially and is truthfully capable of becoming 10 times its size in terms of output and client-base in the next few years. Being a part of this company can mean being a part of it's success. Your ideas will be heard. The company is growing, but the current size of the company allows for you to make a real impact on customers and on day-to-day operations.

Cons

Currently, there are really no procedures set in place for training employees and enabling them for success at the company (In Chicago, Not India). For at least the first 6 months, new employees are basically left to fend for themselves and it can feel like there are no resources available to help because no one can spare the time.
