INTERVIEW PROCESS: Interview Process is relatively longer when compared to other companies since they are searching for the candidates ability to learn. On my interview day about 40 candidates walked in an I was recieved nicely but had to wait an unpleasant couple of hours. But each and every candidate was given a full-fledged through interview. I ended up walking in for a km on my interview but was dropped back on the main road on a car shuttle IN TRAINING PROCESS: Training was very different but focuses on teaching/improving the basic qualities any Engineer must have. At first, I wondered what their process was and expectations from me were. But after one month I did understand that the main moto of the training process was to teach the following 1. Structured Learning, 2. Ability to self-learn 3. attention to the details etc. In my Training I also learn People skills apart from Technical Skills COMPANY OVERVIEW: The company is relatively small Friendly environment, flexible timings, well behaved colleagues. Benefits like homemade food is a plus

Changed my Learning Process . I learnt how to learn new things in an easy way. . I am no longer afraid of learning new complex things. . I also learn how to learn a concept not superficially but in Detail and thoroughly. Foundational Requirements: . I learnt how to type in my first 10 days of work here. . There is not a single company that I know of that tells you to learn typing on Day 1. . And me being in the programming business I think learning to type is essential. . I cannot believe that my college also skipped this requirement from my syllabus. Good Coworkers . All employees work together and help you in anyway they can. Especially Dhanalakshmi helped me a lot. . They try to help you if you have a doubt rather than ignoring you. Good Facilities . We are provided lunch and dinner here (I love the friday biriyani here) . I was just given a motorbike for transportation to work. I think this is better than providing a cab service since I have the flexibility to go where ever I need whenever. . I was asked to move closer to work which I live 3km from work now so this reduced my stress. I used to come from 16 km away
