      Pros

      You can use your computer at work. All you have to do is answer phones and do some other minor tasks like putting mail in mailboxes.

      Cons

      Pay is awful and they dont give enough hours. Also they moved me from a location 5 mins away from me to one 25 mins away without a pay raise.

      Pros

      -Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

      Cons

      -The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
