      Nice residents, decent atmosphere, and so much for the residents to do to remain active, pay, and benefits.

      Cons

      Some toxic workers, drama, lack of communication, and the feeling nobody listens to you.

      Pros

      -Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

      Cons

      -The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
