      Pros

      I absolutely loved working here! The residents are wonderful and I enjoyed interacting with them everyday through the activities we did. The managers are fair in what they assign and often help with the workload during big activities or holidays.

      Cons

      Very little pay for the workload, and not enough hours. No way to move from part time to full time.

      Pros

      -Great opportunity to connect with new colleagues and leadership in a more relaxed setting -Well-organized overall, with clear effort put into logistics and planning -Sessions helped provide insight into my new company’s vision and direction -Positive, welcoming atmosphere that made integration feel smoother -Good balance of structured activities and informal networking time

      Cons

      -The only con, I can think of, was the travel....both directions we had a layover.....no fault of anyone, travel just took a long time
