Pros
As my title suggests, the structure of the company is constantly improving and changing, which is exactly what a big data company needs to be doing. The majority of the people who work here are young 20-somethings, fresh out of college, so it works for that demographic too. There is lots of wiggle room to move up, and the company is always looking for ideas to improve and automate. The office vibe is very busy, but laid back in terms of dress and overall culture. They are also very flexible and open to work with your strenghts and help you to build a job you enjoy.
Cons
The biggest con is that the company always seems to be trying to catch up. We are rarely prepared for issues that arise, which doesn't look great to our clients and creates more stress than is necessary for the auditors and client service reps. The data is there, but whether the problem is that constant change in management means that priorities and methods are always changing, or lack of a cohesive team structure, or something else, it's a problem. I'm hoping that all the recent improvements will remedy this.
