Pros
If you are a member of the client services department, you will have a very enjoyable time. The company is primarily catered to that department. Overall, the co-workers are fun to work with and a pleasure to be around. Work/Life balance is also good.
Cons
What was said about the client services department can't be said for the other departments, primarily technology, audit, and freight. There's a lack of leadership and accountability when it comes to these departments. The director of the department tends to show a high level of bias for employees that befriend him, as is evidenced by the alarming rate of promotions for those female employees. This goes on while the other female and all male counterparts are rarely, if ever, promoted or even acknowledged for the hard work they put in. The pay structure is also well below market averages which can be a reason why qualified employees tend to leave after 1-2 years of working at StrategIQ
