Pros

There are none They are out of there minds. There is nothing good to say NO PROS AT ALL NONE

Cons

60-70 hours a week is the norm. Some reps have 7-8 calls a day and the avg time in store is 2 hours, and if you don’t finish goodbye weekends as you need to finish.A rep had a funeral out of town and had to miss 2 days of work and the first thing asked was when do you plan to make the calls. No sick day at all-you are sick no Pay Holidays there are some but you still have to make up day-So really no holiday Forget if you get hurt they will tell you that you need to tough it out Never worked for such uncaring people in my life.

Pros

Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

Cons

A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
