      A very important cause to support

      Cons

      It felt very disjointed between support services and fundraising. Communication was poor, massive duplication of work, funds being spent on expenses which should have been going towards the cause.

      Flexible working is brilliant Warm and welcoming people Lots of change/projects to develop skills Leadership is strong, with is creating a fantastic culture

      Cons

      There needs to be more focus on innovation and creativity for the future Need to have stronger positions on external matters impacting communities Fully remote working organisation - minimal face to face contact with any teams It takes a long time to deliver things
