Cons
HAVE to work in a fast pace. As in for food prep you should not take more than 1hr 30 min cutting all vegetables manually includes all you see tomato, bell pepper, cucumber, onion (the worst!) Having your eyes tear and burn every morning! Having to work fast cutting and moving around quickly tend for some accidents. During rush hour for Subway 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. when everyone is on their lunch break you'll encounter more rude customers than usual. You'll always smell like a sandwich at the end of a shift. Management always expect you to keep busy even when all task are complete and is completely clean. They always have an eye one you, whether they're physically there or not.
