Pros

There is nothing to report here that I would consider an actual pro, they may say there are perks but this job is monotonous and the DA is extremely out of touch with what even the labour laws are here.

Cons

No overtime pay! Even though they are legally entitled to pay for any hours worked over 40 in a week based on the offer letter! Every month added more responsibilities and initiatives without an increase in pay just so DA can have a bigger bonus at the end of the quarter/year. There is a ridiculous amount of travel involved. The superiors are extremely condescending to their field staff. There is minimal on-hands training and explanation when starting the job. I can go on for days about how ridiculous the responsibilities are and the knowledge expected to please the DA and Head Office each month compared to the pay.

Pros

Very flexible scheduling, especially if your manager is willing to work around all their employees. You usually get a 50% discount that you can use once a day too.

Cons

Direct district management at this location does not know how to manage people. He will not really do anything to help or assist until his supervisors look into his stores and what he does. He will shift blame onto any general manager he can, and if any district manager decides you are doing your job incorrectly or you need to adjust what you are doing, there will be little to no support in helping you become a better employee. It really can become a "popularity contest" when you work in store management. If you are a regular employee or shift lead, you won't really have any direct contact with district management.
