Such an anxiety provoking, cold, unkind, inhumane working environment. The most immature adults I have ever worked with also. It felt like I was pledging for a fraternity that I never wanted to be in (and I’m female)... bc of Suit School. When you start in the store as a new hire for training before your round of suit school starts, you’re treated as an incompetent and incapable individual bc you’re not yet a suit school graduate. Those who are act like they completed a phd in suiting and think they are so much better than and completely above any new hire. And these are the people who are supposed to be training you. I could go on forever about what a nightmare that place is to work.
